Portfolio Profitability and Growth Management** * Monitor and analyze brand performance at the local/regional level to optimize profitability and ensure pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies are effective. * Provide tactical recommendations on price adjustments, promotions, and product launches based on market needs and identified growth opportunities. 3. **Coordination and Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams** * Collaborate with commercial, trade marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure brand strategies are implemented efficiently and effectively. * Ensure correct execution of marketing initiatives across all channels and points of sale, aligning with global brand objectives. **4. External Stakeholder Engagement and Agency Oversight** * Build collaborative relationships with Centers of Excellence (CoE), agencies, media outlets, and other key suppliers, ensuring consistent implementation of brand strategies across all platforms and markets. * Oversee brand activations and events, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand values, and adaptation to each market’s specificities. **8.
