





MAIN ACTIVITY: Validation of official documentation Tracking of documentation delivery Contact with customers (Customer service) SKILLS: Basic knowledge of banking Knowledge and handling of files FUNCTIONS: * Handling and tracking of merchants' production deployment requests. * Review and validation of merchants' documentation and information. * Email and telephone support and advisory services to merchants regarding questions about their documentation. * Functional escalation to resolve issues arising during merchant integration related to their documentation or operations. * Identification of risks associated with merchant integration, as well as patterns if observed across multiple merchants. * Notification of identified risks to the Administrative Validation Coordinator and submission of improvement proposals to the department. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
