**Commercial Executive and Customer Service – Logistics** **Promotora Norte Pacífico** **Job Description** At **Promotora Norte Pacífico**, we are seeking a **Commercial Executive and Customer Service – Logistics** professional with experience in transportation and customer service, capable of supervising operators, managing routes, and simultaneously driving the acquisition of new customers and shipments. This position combines **logistics operations** with **commercial responsibilities**, ideal for analytical profiles with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. **Responsibilities: Customer Service and Operations** * Provide customer support and assistance throughout the entire transportation process. * Supervise Tractor, Torton, and Van operators, ensuring route compliance and delivery quality. * Monitor trip expenses (per diems, fuel, tolls, lodging) and validate information with Administration. * Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition. * Assign and track routes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Promote and coordinate operator training on new routes. **Commercial / Sales** * Identify, prospect, and attract new clients. * Generate quotes, commercial proposals, and close service agreements. * Follow up with active clients to ensure service continuity and identify new opportunities. * Represent the company in communications with clients and suppliers. **Requirements** * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. * **Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience** in customer service or logistics within the transportation or courier industry. * Knowledge of: * Route planning and fleet monitoring * Operator supervision * Operational expense control * Transportation and safety regulations * Fleet management and monitoring platforms * Basic to intermediate Excel skills * Class A driver's license (**Automovilista**) * Proficiency with smartphones, laptops/PCs, and fleet management systems. **Competencies** * Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and operators. * Analytical ability and quick decision-making. * Incident resolution and emergency situation handling. * Clear internal and external communication. * Adaptability and ability to work under pressure. * Commercial orientation and ease in building relationships with new clients. **Desirable Certifications** * Course in Logistics and Route Management. * Diploma in Customer Service. * Course in Transportation Regulations and Road Safety. * Training in Fleet Management. **Position Objective** Ensure an outstanding customer experience by supervising logistics operations and operators, while driving business growth through new customer acquisition and the development of strong client relationships. **Internal and External Relations** * **Internal:** Operations, Maintenance, Administration, Human Resources, Procurement, and Warehouse. * **External:** Clients, service providers, repair shops, and traffic authorities.
