Job Summary: Machine parts according to specifications, record production, maintain the machine, report failures, and collaborate with the team for efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machining parts according to specifications 2. Preventive maintenance and reporting of machinery failures 3. Teamwork and effective communication to solve problems * Machine parts in accordance with specifications. * Meet the manufacturing timeframes assigned by Operations Management for each part. * Record machined parts on the Production Time Sheet, including part identification number, date, start time, and completion time of machining. * Perform preventive maintenance on the machine: check oil levels, keep the machine clean, etc. * Report any failures of the machine in use to the Production Supervisor for maintenance. * Interact with the work team to maintain constant communication and operate efficiently, thereby resolving any issues that may arise in the future. * Monitor compliance with the 5S inspection of the work area.
