Branch Monitoring and Management * Monitor the commercial performance of assigned branches. * Support branch managers and sales teams to identify areas for improvement. * Verify achievement of targets, adherence to commercial policies, and customer service processes. * Identify commercial training needs and coordinate actions with the relevant department. * Ensure proper execution of commercial strategies at the point of sale. 2\. Sales and Customer Service * Conduct periodic visits to key customers and strategic accounts. * Support significant negotiations and major sales closures. * Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. * Monitor customer satisfaction and resolution of commercial incidents. * Strengthen long-term commercial relationships. 3\.
