Position Summary: We are seeking a heavy-duty vehicle maintenance coordinator to manage the vehicle fleet, perform diagnostics, plan maintenance activities, and control budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet. 2. Responsible for the mechanical and physical evolution of the fleet. 3. Provides technical support on route and diagnoses failures. Ragon Distributors is a confectionery company. With over 45 years of experience as an authorized distributor of top brands in the confectionery industry, we are leaders in distribution across central, southern, and southeastern regions of the Mexican Republic. In the city of Puebla, we operate a physical store, which serves as our primary product showcase for customers located within the city or its surrounding areas. We currently have an opening for a **heavy-duty vehicle maintenance coordinator**, covering vehicles such as Rabon, torton, and trailer, among others. Key responsibilities include: * Procuring materials required for vehicle maintenance. * Controlling and planning monthly budgets for vehicle fleet maintenance. * Ensuring the mechanical and physical condition evolution of the vehicle fleet. * Planning the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for the vehicle fleet. * Submitting daily reports to relevant management teams regarding the maintenance status of the vehicle fleet. * Responding to operator calls. * Providing on-route technical assistance and guidance for resolving mechanical and electrical failures on highways. * Authorizing expenses. * Diagnosing failures.
