Quality Management Systems Coordinator

Description

Position Summary: Ensure standardization of the Quality and Food Safety Management System and standards such as WCM, KOSHER, HALAL, complying with applicable regulations and specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the quality and food safety management system 2. Manage and track action plans and audits 3. Design and implement quality and food safety procedures **Objective:** Ensure standardization of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, as well as World Class Manufacturing (WCM), KOSHER, and HALAL standards, through compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and customer specifications across the entire production chain, to guarantee achievement of business objectives. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in: Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. **Experience:** * Ensure the quality management system complies with legal requirements, food safety, WCM, Kosher, Halal, and customer specifications during production stages through internal audits and requirement assessments to ensure continuous system compliance. * Ensure, manage, and track action plans and corrective actions arising from audits, customer and consumer complaints, and opportunities to prevent recurrence of nonconformities and strengthen the management system. * Perform trend analysis of nonconformities identified during audits to monitor closure of action plans, prevent recurrence of deviations, and implement decisive corrective actions. * Design, document, implement, and maintain necessary procedures for various departments to standardize the quality, food safety, WCM, Kosher, and Halal management systems. * Ensure departmental procedures remain current and up-to-date through audits of the document control system to guarantee standardization and process compliance. * Manage human, financial, and fixed assets under responsibility through proper utilization to ensure their availability and continuity, thereby supporting activities that impact organizational objectives. * Directly manage, address, track, analyze, and respond to complaints, claims, and opportunities identified by customers and consumers via SAC (Customer Service Center) and ARC (Consumer Relations Center) to positively impact achievement of business objectives. * Develop operational personnel through audits verifying adherence to standardized procedures, supported by department leaders, to positively impact production chain objectives. **Benefits:** * Salary: $25,000 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Career development plan.
