Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, storing, inventory handling, preparing, and dispatching products, ensuring quality and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receipt and storage of goods with quality control. 2. Conducts physical inventories and order preparation with documentation. 3. Coordinates product dispatch and supports loading/unloading. · **Goods Receipt:** o Verify and record product receipt. o Inspect quality and quantity of received products to ensure compliance with purchase orders. o Immediately report any incidents or anomalies. · **Product Storage:** o Organize products on shelves following the established storage system (by batch, expiry dates, etc.). o Apply warehouse cleanliness and organization standards. o Verify optimal storage conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.), especially for veterinary and pharmaceutical products. · **Inventory Management:** o Conduct periodic physical inventories, comparing them with system records. o Report products nearing expiry or requiring restocking. · **Order Preparation:** o Pack and label products for dispatch according to received orders. o Ensure documentation (delivery notes, invoices) is complete and accurate. o Coordinate with the transportation department for product dispatch. · **Product Dispatch:** o Support truck loading and unloading. o Ensure products leave in optimal condition for customer delivery. o Record product dispatch from the warehouse in the system.
