




Job responsibilities: * Manage the telephone switchboard, routing calls and messages to the appropriate departments. * Manage documents and files * Assist with administrative tasks (filing, Excel documents, requests, service procedures, quotations, invoicing). Maintain the internal directory and inter-departmental contact channels up to date. Minimum requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as responsibility.
