Centro **Description** An operating hotel is seeking a Hotel Manager with an operational focus, responsible for coordinating daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an appropriate guest experience. This is an operational coordination position, not strategic. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations (front desk, housekeeping, basic maintenance). * Coordinate and supervise operational staff (roles, shifts, and incidents). * Address guest complaints and incidents. * Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards. * Prepare basic operational reports. * Monitor reservations and communicate with guests. **OTAs** * Operational management of Booking, Expedia, and Airbnb. * Monitor reservations, cancellations, and messages. * Basic updates of authorized availability and rates. * Respond to reviews and ratings. **(No revenue management or pricing strategy.)** **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality or operational supervision. * Staff management experience. * Conversational English (intermediate level). * Organization, operational leadership, and service orientation. * Flexible schedule availability. **We Offer** * Salary: $17,000 net monthly. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Statutory benefits.
