Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage documentation related to quality and food safety procedures and policies. Keep updated and prepare documentation for the quality management system, including manuals, procedures, and records. (implement them) Prepare periodic reports on the quality system performance and present results to management. Implement and maintain the food quality and safety management system. **Requirements** Experience: Minimum of 7 years in similar positions as head of Quality and Food Safety Management System in the food industry. **Skills:** Coordination and management skills, proactive, organized, structured, punctual, adherence to regulations, communication skills, leadership, manual creation, production, document auditing.
