(ONLY)** **(NOT INDUSTRIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, AUTOMOTIVE, OR MECHATRONICS ENGINEERS)** **HEAD OF FOOD QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DEPARTMENT.** **Extensive experience in:** \- Management and implementation of a Quality and Food Safety System \- Management and implementation of ISO 22000 \- Knowledge of TIF system (SENASICA) \- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 standard \- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Prerequisites. \- Knowledge and management of internal and external audits \- Knowledge, creation, and administration of documentation \- Training in quality and food safety topics POES (Standardized Sanitation Operating Procedures) Personnel management. **Production Process Control:** Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure product quality and safety. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage documentation related to quality and food safety procedures and policies. Keep updated and prepare documentation for the quality management system, including manuals, procedures, and records. (implement them) Prepare periodic reports on the quality system performance and present results to management. Implement and maintain the food quality and safety management system. **Requirements** Experience: Minimum of 7 years in similar positions as head of Quality and Food Safety Management System in the food industry. **Skills:** Coordination and management skills, proactive, organized, structured, punctual, adherence to regulations, communication skills, leadership, manual creation, production, document auditing.
