Planning and supervision of maintenance programs. **Arova is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Transportation / logistics sector company **Maintenance Manager** We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with experience in fleet management and technical team coordination, responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the company’s vehicles, machinery, and facilities. The position will be critical to ensuring assets operate at peak performance, reducing downtime, and optimizing maintenance resources. **Main Responsibilities** Maintenance Management Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs. Develop and implement the annual fleet maintenance plan. Coordinate weekly maintenance services with the operations department. Fleet Management Supervise the mechanical and operational condition of vehicles. Coordinate repairs, servicing, and spare parts control. Manage procurement of supplies, spare parts, and tires. Team Management Lead and supervise the maintenance team (3 direct reports). Coordinate with drivers and operational staff for maintenance reporting. Ensure compliance with operational processes and standards. Control and Administration Prepare maintenance reports and documentation. Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies. Track fuel consumption and service usage. Vendor Relations Obtain quotes and negotiate with service and spare parts vendors. Manage external services for specialized repairs. **Requirements** Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical degree. **Experience** Minimum 5 years in similar positions. Experience in fleet or machinery maintenance. **Knowledge** General mechanics. Preventive and corrective maintenance management. Spare parts inventory control. Vendor management.
