Coordination with various operational departments Mrs. Tanaka is a tribute to and response to her father, Mr. Tanaka, inheriting his passion for cooking and rock music—with a more carnivorous twist. **What are we looking for?** Mrs. Tanaka seeks a dynamic individual in the cost area who enjoys analysis and understanding of business operations; if you meet the following requirements, we invite you to join our team: **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and calculate total costs (procurement, importation, freight, customs, warehousing, and distribution) * Evaluate variances between budgeted and actual costs, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions * Conduct price and margin comparisons based on historical data and projections * Support the development of competitive selling prices * Prepare monthly cost reports for effective control and tracking of variances * Analyze profit margins by product line, supplier, customer, or sales channel * Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics departments to obtain key information about the organization’s operational processes * Control and verify correct expense allocation to cost centers * Validate inventory records in the system and with tax authorities **Technical Knowledge:** \- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, CONTPAQi, etc.) \- Costing of imported products \- Structure of logistics and administrative costs \- Financial analysis and budgeting \- Intermediate Excel (financial formulas, pivot tables) \- Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or extensive experience (verifiable minimum of 3 years) in cost management (analysis, validation, allocation) * Essential knowledge of import operations **How to Apply?** If you are interested in applying, click "Apply".
