




**Job Description:** A restaurant industry company is seeking a **Cost Auditor**, responsible for analyzing, controlling, and auditing the operational costs of its units, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with established procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Audit food and beverage costs (food cost & beverage cost). * Review inventories, shrinkage, yields, and consumption. * Verify standard recipes and portioning. * Analyze cost variances versus budgets. * Supervise proper recording of purchases and warehouse operations. * Identify deviations, losses, or poor operational practices. * Prepare reports on results and improvement proposals. * Monitor internal controls across units. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Gastronomy, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cost auditing within restaurants (mandatory). * Knowledge of inventory management, costing, shrinkage, and warehouse control. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Willingness to visit various units. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
