This is your opportunity to contribute to highly important projects by supporting the construction of industrial facilities for different companies! **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in cost management for civil construction projects. * Proficiency in Opus 24, 22, or 21. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. **Responsibilities** **Budget Preparation** * Prepare cost estimates for civil construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other inputs. * Analyze blueprints, technical specifications, and project documents to determine costs. * Perform itemization and quantity takeoffs. * Develop and analyze unit prices. * Create work generators. * Prepare project cost estimates. * Develop itemized scope catalogs. **Cost Control** * Monitor and compare actual costs against budgeted costs during project execution. * Identify variances and propose corrective actions. **Interdepartmental Collaboration** * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure project execution efficiency. **Technical Knowledge and Skills** * Proficient in software such as: **OPUS 24, 22, or 21, Neodata, Revit, SketchUP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Primavera P6, etc.** * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Travel allowances and accommodation. * Transportation. * Growth opportunities. * Option for indefinite-term contract.
