




**Position Objective** Plan, direct, and optimize the overall operation of the **Bankers’ Club** cafeteria, ensuring high standards of quality, hospitality, profitability, and operational excellence aligned with the Club’s aesthetic vision, cultural identity, and service philosophy. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise bar, bakery, and operational staff, ensuring performance, discipline, and a service-oriented culture. * Plan and control cafeteria opening, operational, and closing procedures. * Ensure consistent product quality, facility cleanliness, and an exceptional experience for members and visitors. * Manage inventory, procurement, costs, and relationships with strategic suppliers. * Supervise cash reconciliation, revenue control, financial reporting, and budget compliance. * Design and implement training programs, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage workplace climate, conflict resolution, and team development. * Maintain direct and strategic communication with Club Management and coordinate closely with Kitchen, Events, and Operations departments. * Participate in defining the cafeteria’s concept, curation, and sensory narrative, ensuring consistency with the Club’s identity. * Propose operational, commercial, and experiential improvements to drive area growth. **Requirements** **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years in leadership roles within cafeterias, restaurants, or specialty coffee concepts. **Education:** * Completed high school diploma. * Bachelor’s degree or formal training in hospitality, business administration, gastronomy, or related fields preferred. **Technical Skills** * Operational planning and control. * Inventory, cost, and budget management. * Cash handling, reconciliation, financial reporting, and KPI tracking. * Solid knowledge of specialty coffee and service standards. **Soft Skills** * Strategic leadership and team development. * Strong service and hospitality orientation. * Empathy, decision-making, and conflict resolution. * Clear, assertive, and executive communication.
