Parque O Donnel Aeropuerto el Marqués **CHALLENGES** * Timing availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know\- how. * Travel availability * This position reports to a Shanghai Logistics Manager * **Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.** **· It’s difficult to access to the Plant\- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.** * Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation\- for foreign candidates **Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as Warehouse Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 :** * Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments * Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first entries, First exits) * Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant. * Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations. * Participates in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timing * Personnel management * Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse * Internal \& external audits * Participates in continuous improvement of material processes and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned
