Job Summary: An executive (Architect or Civil Engineer) responsible for leading real estate projects from conceptualization through permit acquisition, including budgeting and feasibility projections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead vertical and mixed-use real estate projects. 2. Develop budgets and feasibility projections. 3. Negotiate and represent the company before various stakeholders. The Project Manager is an executive (Architect or Civil Engineer) responsible for leading multiple real estate projects (vertical and mixed-use) from the conceptualization stage, design, product development\-concept, coordination of permitting procedures, and all necessary formalities to obtain required construction permits and licenses. Additionally, the executive will be responsible for preparing baseline budgets covering all disciplines involved in the development and projecting cash flows (inflows and outflows) to assess project viability and profitability. Candidates must possess a 360-degree perspective; in addition to mastering the technical aspects required for this role, they must demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and representation capabilities when interacting with suppliers, clients, financial institutions, and government agencies.
