Summary: Seeking a PMO Manager to define project methodologies, establish standards, manage portfolios, and provide strategic oversight for project success and continuous improvement. Highlights: 1. Lead and train Project Managers, fostering continuous improvement **We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow.** **PMO Manager Mexico Platform** =============================== **Responsibilities:** * Define project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid, etc.). * Establish standards and templates for project documentation. * Design, programming and construction of project portals in a collaborative software tool (Smartsheet may be advantageous). * Train and advise Project Managers (PMs). * Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects along with their dashboards. * Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and advisory for assigning team members to various deliverables. * Monitor and control several project portfolios to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. * Manage shared resources across projects. * Analyzing and controlling financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. * Providing project progress \& financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. * Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the ECLA's standards. * Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. * Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting the ECLA standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. * Evaluate projects performance and propose improvements. * Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. * Conduct annual audit programs to evaluate projects performance and the VCP program, gathering lessons learned from each process. **Qualifications/Additional Skills:** * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. * Project Management postgraduate or similar. * Experience in an specific PMO Management roles. * A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous. * A minimum of five years' experience in the industry. * A minimum of two year's experience in a supervisory position. * Strong leadership skills. * Strong attention to details and technicalities. * Excellent organizational and technical skills. * Good interpersonal and multi\-tasking skills. * Excellent presentation skills * Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts. * Strong computer skills required, including the Microsoft Office Suite, primarily expertise with Excel, Microsoft Project (or other PMO software). * Travel – Up to 40% * Languages: English / Spanish Let's redefine the future of the cold chain in Latin America together!
