This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, improves reliability, and drives continuous improvement across the plant. **In your future role as Maintenance and CapEx Manager, you will:** ------------------------------------------------------------------- * Lead and supervise the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, utilities). * Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Coordinate corrective interventions to minimize downtime. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Manage maintenance planning, budgeting, and contractor oversight. * Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and reliability initiatives. * Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPIs. **We believe you bring:** ------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related). * 5\+ years of plant maintenance experience in chemicals, pharma, food, plastics, or similar manufacturing sectors. * Proven experience leading maintenance teams. * Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, utilities, reliability, and preventive maintenance. * Experience with CMMS systems. * **Bilingual English/Spanish (fluency required).** * **Availability to work onsite 5 days per week at our Los Reyes site.** **Nice to Have** * Experience in specialty chemicals or process manufacturing. * Knowledge of Lean, TPM, or reliability methodologies. * Familiarity with SAP or other maintenance systems. **Good to know:** ----------------- This is a permanent, full\-time, fully on\-site role 5 days/week at our plant in **Los Reyes (La Paz).** Please apply via our online recruitment system.
