The Role: Our HR Shared Services Team in Mexico is growing, and we are looking for a Payroll Data Management Specialist to ensure accurate employee and personal data in various payroll systems, including ADP WorkForce Now and ADP Celergo. The Specialist will ensure data quality by managing and monitoring data transfers from our HRIS system (Workday), whether through automated processes, manual file uploads or manual data entry. This is a fixed\-term contract running through the end of 2026\. The role is onsite in Querétaro, Mexico. What You’ll Do: Payroll Data Quality \& Management* Enter all employment and personal data information into payroll systems for new hires, changes and terminations for Canada and the US. * Complete data imports for mass changes, as well as resolve data discrepancies. * Using Workday reporting, complete weekly and monthly audits between HCM and Payroll systems to ensure consistency and accuracy of date. * Responsible for timekeeping set up for hourly employees and managers. Service Delivery \& Case Management* Respond to employee, manager and HR Tier 1 inquiries within the Case Management System (UKG). * Coach employees and managers through queries via self\-service, including redirection to appropriate sources of information. * Support training of employees on ADP processes to promote end\-user adoption at employee/manager level. Process Improvement \& Documentation* Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for data entry and audit processes. * Support initiatives to optimize and automate processes, enhancing data integrity and administrative efficiency across the organization. * Investigate and diagnose data discrepancies in systems or errors within integrations, implementing solutions to rectify these issues. * Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and develop strategies to mitigate them. Other Duties* Contribute to HRSS projects, system enhancements, and regional initiatives as needed. What You’ll Need: Education:* Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience:* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within Tier 1/Tier 2 HR shared services for a large, complex organization, across multiple sites and countries * 2\-3 years of hands\-on experience in payroll or HRIS data management. * Advanced proficiency with Excel. * Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday (specifically Core HCM) is preferred. * Experience using a formal ticketing/case management system to manage high\-volume inquiries. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in English required * Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity. * Deeply curious about problem solving, finding solutions, and challenging status quo when appropriate. Work Environment · This role spends approximately 100% of the time in an office environment· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to speak or hear.
