We are currently seeking your talent as a **COST AND BUDGET COORDINATOR** **Must be a resident of TOMATLÁN, JALISCO.** **What qualifications do you need?** * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of: Neodata Unit Prices, Neodata ERP. * Knowledge of: AutoCAD. * Knowledge of: Revit (desirable) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction cost estimation and budgeting * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position **Minimum experience in shopping centers, vertical projects, and hotels—minimum 3 towers** **What responsibilities will you have?** * Review of the project’s parametric budget. * Preparation of work catalogs. * Familiarity with parametric processes. * Construction cost per m² for various building types. * Analysis of construction tenders, establishing comparative tables. * Conducting construction tenders. * Quantification of volumes. * Review, entry, and approval of the budget with the Construction Management and Administration Management teams. * Implement necessary budget adjustments. * Calculation of field indirect costs. * Analysis of office indirect costs. * Delivery of budgets that are logical, chronological, clearly describe concepts, and include consistent and accurate pricing. * Generate, from the budget, unit price cards, material take-offs, and indirect cost analyses as deliverables. **Benefits and Perks You’ll Receive:** * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Computer equipment.
