




Summary: This role provides day-to-day and engineering support for outage planning and execution within the Medium Gas Turbines team, working closely with clients and regional teams. Focus on decarbonization, new technologies, and energy transformation A Snapshot of Your Day You will work in close contact with our Medium Gas Turbines team, including Field Services, Project Managers, and technical support groups. Your main task is to provide support in outage planning as well as engineering support during execution. How You’ll Make an Impact * Provide day‑to‑day support to regional clients with technical inquiries related to outages, in alignment with local teams and the PL Technical Support Group; create and follow up SFDC cases and manage customer inquiries before, during, and after outages. * Participate in outage preparation meetings, support local outage execution, and attend customer meetings when required by Field Services or the Project Management Group. * Provide technical clarification on inspection scopes (activities, tools, schedules, resources), create Fault Reports for major events, and support the Product Competence Center with technical questions and customer interactions. * Define spare parts for sales opportunities, support operational/mechanical troubleshooting, and guide Siemens regional teams on tools, instruments, processes, and Service Bulletin scopes. * Support Application Engineers in outage scheduling when requested by the AE PL Team and offer process and way‑of‑working clarification to regional Siemens teams and the Sweden Product Competence Center. * Ensure compliance with and/or enforcement of protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current Integrated Management System (EHS, Quality). What You Bring * University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering * Professional experience: 5 years in Thermal Power Plants positions * Technical Knowledge: Gas Turbines, IT tools at professional working proficiency level * Soft Skills: results‑focused, customer satisfaction oriented, multicultural approach About the Team We are a highly qualified team of engineers, in contact with global teams, providing Customer Solutions for the Latin America Region.
