In this role, you will be responsible for **facilitating the agile solution development process**, training and guiding teams, removing impediments, and promoting the use of standards and best practices. Additionally, you will be tasked with **managing projects using both agile and traditional methodologies**, ensuring proper execution and delivery of products aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives. * Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery. * Manage estimation and forecasting of user stories to ensure requirements understanding. * Identify and resolve impediments affecting team progress. * Ensure product iterations are tested and released under an agile framework. * Monitor traditional (Waterfall) projects, providing transparency on progress and risks. * Promote agile culture and best practices within the team. **Requirements** * Project management experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall. * Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Trello, MS Project. * Knowledge of effort estimation, sprint planning, and backlog management. * Familiarity with software development processes and project life cycles. * Ability to generate progress reports, metrics, and KPIs. * Competence in risk management and change control. * Experience with collaborative tools: Confluence, Teams, Slack. * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. **Benefits** * Major Medical Expense Insurance * 15 Days Year-End Bonus * Vacation Bonus: 25% * Dental and Vision Insurance * Grocery Vouchers * 12 Vacation Days
