Essential attitudes: Leadership and supervisory capability Responsibility, discipline, and commitment Effective communication Professional and proactive attitude **Main Responsibilities** The cook will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily kitchen operations, ensuring task completion, proper execution of production, and operational order within the area. They will support the chef in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring correct operation of stations during service. They will also be responsible for warehouse control, receiving supplies, and labeling merchandise under the FIFO system. They must verify cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with processes according to NOM-251, as well as supervise hygienic food handling and storage procedures.
