Main Functions Advise customers on the different credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan, identifying needs to place new credits. * During each visit or contact with the customer, update all their information in the system at least once a year. * Process credit applications accurately to avoid delays in payments and prevent fraud. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: product promotion outside the point of sale. * Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to ensure they return and recommend us. Candidate Profile Good communication skills. * Enjoy interacting with customers. * One year of experience in placing financial products. * Numerical aptitude. * Knowledge of credit sales and telephone collections. * Experience in customer prospecting activities in the field/cambaceo. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Honesty in performing job duties.
