Requirements: · Education: High school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree (engineering or licentiate). · Minimum 1 year of experience in interfaces, file administration, evidence of loads, assortment data entry, and merchandise shipping; updating loading programs. Responsibilities: * Validate in the system that the order is closed, using the picker’s work order as the basis. * Verify that each shipment meets the required criteria and includes attached invoices, to deliver to distribution and generate evidence. * Estimate the number of pallets required per order to determine the type of vehicle needed for shipping. * Prepare departmental performance indicators to report account behavior to management, based on information provided by shift supervisors. * Availability to rotate shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, alternating every 15 days.
