




We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Analyst **Functions:** \- Manage, control, and update administrative information. \- Capture orders and track customer invoices. \- Prepare and send shipment scheduling, production planning, and special order tracking. \- Manage and send weekly reports for the department. \- Monitor warehouse notifications. \- Develop and present performance indicators. \- Generate email marketing campaigns to be sent to our customers via Email and WhatsApp. \- Track deviations in customer service response times. \- Create and maintain databases of existing and potential customers. \- Handle incoming calls from potential clients, up to sending quotations, product catalogs, and sales terms. \- Perform weekly routine follow-up calls to clients. \- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to assigned customers. \- Ensure customers receive their requested products on time and in full. **Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Logistics. \- 3 or more years of experience in a similar position. \- Advanced Excel skills required (skills test will be administered). \- Ability to capture and analyze information. \- Experience in customer service.
