Join our team! **Job Mission** The mission of this position is to supervise and manage the activities carried out by the store team, ensuring proper implementation of protocols and customer service standards. Oversee the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate higher profitability and cost control. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality standards in service delivery by monitoring the flawless execution of processes and activities performed by the team. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct operational checklists at the store level. \- Implement actions to maintain up-to-date inventory, ensure proper product facing and placement, as well as store orderliness and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed high school education.
