Compliance with safety and productivity standards. **General Description**: Operate and control extrusion machines for plastic film production, ensuring final product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with safety and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities and Functions** \- Prepare and adjust the extrusion machine (temperature, speed, pressure). \- Load raw materials into the hopper. **\-** Monitor the extrusion process and make necessary adjustments during operation. \- Verify product quality. \- Adhere to the 5S principles in the work area. And other duties. **Job Requirements** \- **Education**: Completed high school (optional depending on experience). \- **Work Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic film extrusion processes. \- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with extrusion processes (operational parameters, product quality, temperatures, gauges, pyrometers, thermocouples, etc.), basic mathematics knowledge (primarily percentages). **Rotating Shift Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, 6:00–14:00 hrs and 13:30–21:00 hrs.
