




CONOS DE PUEBLA IS SEEKING AN ASSISTANT FOR THE CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT JOB DESCRIPTION: * Perform collection management for various customers and key accounts via telephone. * Record and update the customer payment database and portfolio due dates. * Ensure achievement of department indicators, as well as their analysis for improvement. * Always verify that customer debt information is reliable. * Prepare daily collection reports for company clients. * Update daily bank account status reports and apply corresponding payments to each client. * Issue freight waybills and maintain an updated account statement for each trip. * Issue invoices only for packaging materials on deposits where the customer does not require an invoice. **EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD**.
