**Requirements:** * Minimum experience of 2 \- 3 years as a machining or manufacturing shop supervisor. * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, etc. **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of machining processes, interpretation of blueprints (GD\&T), and dimensional control. * Knowledge of welding symbols. * Work order control. * Assist in the timely preparation of weekly material and equipment requisitions. * Support the preparation of technical reports and progress reports. * Apply technical and operational criteria to meet customer delivery deadlines. * Ensure personnel under supervision properly use PPE, work tools, and necessary resources for project execution. * Implement 5S in workshop and work areas. * Ensure jobs are performed according to schedule and as reported in work orders. * Control and proper custody of tool and supply inventories on jobs. * Ensure that personnel under supervision and the workplace have appropriate safety measures. * Report production progress and potential deviations to Operations Management. * Assist in sales quotations by providing information on required time and resources. * Proficiency in **Catia V5 and Office software**. **Personal skills:** Proactivity, organization, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication Job type: Full-time, Temporary or project-based Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
