Job Summary: Production Coordinator responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing human, material, and technical resources to ensure productivity and quality indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Leads innovation projects and implements improvement ideas. 2. Technical facilitator in resolving process-related problems. 3. Management of unionized personnel and knowledge of ISO standards. **WE ARE SEEKING A PRODUCTION COORDINATOR** **Work Schedule:** Rotating shift pattern 6 x 2 (6 working days x 2 days off). 3 rotating shifts: a. 7 AM to 3 PM b. 3 PM to 11 PM c. 11 PM to 7 AM **Responsibilities:** * \- The incumbent is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing human, material, and technical resources during the work shift across the Machinery, Borsor, and Melting areas, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental indicators within the integrated quality management system. \- Technical facilitator in resolving process-related problems \- Monitoring of machine conditions and critical operational variables \- Tracking capsule specifications regarding functionality and deviations reported by the \- Participates in and supports various process tests requested by the department \- Leads innovation projects and implements improvement ideas. \- Coordinates and supervises machine startup and commissioning after changeovers, mechanical interventions, and unplanned stoppages. \- Analyzes and proposes solutions together with the Mechanical Coordinator for major issues arising during the shift. **Requirements:** \- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000\. \- English language proficiency at B2 level \- Experience managing unionized personnel. **We Offer:** * $32,000 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your level of English proficiency?
