**Job Objective**
Coordinate and execute software development projects focused on logistics solutions and digital transformation, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality delivery. Act as an operational facilitator between the user area, the PMO, and the multidisciplinary development team.
**Main Responsibilities**
· Support planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of software development projects—primarily with business rules focused on Logistics—ensuring delivery of defined deliverables.
· Support translating business needs into functional technical requirements. Define scope and required resources for each project.
· Track deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
· Knowledge of agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Design Thinking, as well as PMI standards.
· Monitor identification, analysis, and mitigation of project risks.
· Support ensuring availability and stability of web applications: coordinating resources and meetings, receiving, managing, and analyzing incidents, and periodically presenting service results.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare progress reports and status reports.
**Requirements**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
**Experience:**
· Minimum **1 to 3 years** participating in software development projects with a focus on logistics (preferred).
· Knowledge of ERP, WMS, TMS implementation, EDI integrations, or logistics automation solutions.
· Experience coordinating **multidisciplinary teams** and managing technology vendors.
**Technical Knowledge and Competencies:**
· PMP Agile, Agile Methodologies: SCRUM, SAFe, Agile.
· DevOps, Service Desk Management.
· Proficiency with Jira platform.

· Leadership and effective communication skills.
· Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage under pressure.
· Analytical capability and continuous improvement orientation.
· Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts.
· Proactivity.
**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am\-5:00 pm.
On-site presence twice per month.
