




**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Inventory Custodian: You will be responsible for the accuracy of our inventory, analyzing discrepancies, reviewing adjustments, and ensuring the integrity of records both in stores and in the warehouse. * Guarantee of Accurate Transactions: You will verify and approve key transactions such as credit notes and merchandise transfers, ensuring that each movement is properly justified and recorded, minimizing errors and losses. * Optimization of Logistics Processes: You will work to ensure that our systems (especially Intelesis) operate optimally and that operational procedures are strictly followed across all stores and the warehouse. * Proactive Operational Support: You will serve as the point of contact for store managers and key personnel, providing guidance, resolving questions, and delivering agile solutions to operational issues related to orders, transfers, pricing, and promotions. * Expense Control and Reporting: You will review store operating expenses, prepare key inventory reports, and contribute to maintaining sound and transparent financial management. * Compliance Supervisor: You will lead and supervise internal audit functions, ensuring adherence to established procedures and upholding the highest standards of control. * Customer Service: You will manage customer complaints and suggestions, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. **What Are We Looking For in You?** **Essential Requirements:** * Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roles related to internal control, auditing, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in the retail or commercial sector. * Solid Knowledge: In-depth understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, principles of internal control, and administrative procedures. **Exceptional Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, detect anomalies, and propose effective solutions.** * Systems Proficiency: Competence in using ERP systems (experience with Intelesis or similar systems is desirable) and Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel). * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, and capacity to provide clear and effective advice and support. * Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and work quality. * Problem-Solving Ability: Skill in identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and proposing practical and efficient solutions. * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ***WhatsApp 33 39 54 85 56*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
