**Payroll Executive** **Job Description:** Human resources management consulting firm seeks a **Payroll Executive** with proven experience in multi-client environments. We are looking for results-oriented talent with a high level of accuracy and the ability to deliver effective payroll and labor compliance solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Biweekly and/or weekly payroll calculation (earnings, deductions, IMSS, ISR, Infonavit, overtime). * Preparation of termination settlements, severance payments, year-end bonuses, vacation pay, and other benefits. * Incident tracking, reconciliations, and report generation using Office online. * Direct advisory support to clients on termination processes and legal compliance. * Management of multiple employer registrations. * Administration of Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Personnel administration: contract preparation, tracking of medical leaves, handling of ST\-7 and ST\-2 forms, and processing IMSS enrollments and cancellations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of payroll calculation experience, preferably in consulting firms or accounting practices. * Up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, ISR, and IMSS regulations. * Intermediate proficiency in Office online. * Customer service orientation, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary: $15,000 * Statutory benefits from day one. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Life insurance and assistance services. * Professional development plan and growth opportunities within the firm. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Location: 15 minutes from Insurgentes Metro Station, Mexico City (100% on-site position).
