Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll, SUA, and IMSS filings. **Payroll Analyst** Growing company seeks a **Payroll Analyst** with experience in tax payroll and managing employee rosters of over 200 staff members. **Main Responsibilities:** * Full processing of tax payroll (earnings, bonuses, commissions, and variable components). * Administration and validation of incidents (attendance, overtime, vacations, leaves of absence). * Operation of CONTPAQi Payroll, SUA, and time clock systems. * IMSS filings (registrations, terminations, and modifications). * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Fonacot, and state taxes. * Preparation of final settlement documents and employee support. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in tax payroll. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi Payroll and intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), and Income Tax Law (ISR). * High level of confidentiality. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Gross monthly salary: $16,904.70. * Bonus of $1,500 gross upon completion of 3 months. * 100% statutory benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Additional discounts and benefits.
