Opportunity for growth and learning. **OPEN POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** Avela Boutique Hotel Schedule: Full-time **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an organized, responsible, and highly reliable administrative assistant to support the administrative, financial, and accounting management of Avela Boutique Hotel. This position is critical for the **control of income, expenses, payroll, inventory, and reporting**, ensuring order, compliance, and clarity of information. This is not a basic operational role. It is a **role focused on control, monitoring, and direct support to Management and Executive Leadership**. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Record daily hotel income and expenses * Receive and reconcile sales reports from front desk and kitchen * Support supplier control and payments (invoices, quotations, filing) * Maintain payroll, attendance, employee payments, and personnel files * Support inventory and fixed assets control * Prepare daily and monthly administrative and financial reports * Support bank reconciliations * Maintain orderly and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems * Monitor budgets and report variances * Comply with and uphold internal policies and administrative procedures REQUIRED PROFILE * Prior experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role * High level of organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Basic–intermediate Excel and administrative tools proficiency * Ability to handle confidential information * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented attitude * Ability to monitor and ensure process compliance WE OFFER * Professional environment in a boutique hotel * Clear processes and defined structure * Job stability * Opportunity for growth and learning **IMPORTANT** This position requires **order, discipline, and commitment**.
