With consistent customer focus and a strong emphasis on quality and performance, our products and solutions serve residential and commercial markets. **Job Description** **JOB DETAILS** **Daily Wage $513** **Schedule: Monday to Friday** **Rotating every 2 weeks: Day shift: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm \- Night shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am** **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify full PPE compliance before entering the plant. * Attend daily safety meetings. * Check pending parts at the workstation, verifying quantity and part type. * Position parts on the workstation using a hoist or crane, depending on part size. * Regularly inspect the welding nozzle for cleanliness; clean it if contaminated with grease using pointed pliers to remove burrs and prevent clogging. * Weld missing sections and flip parts using the crane or hoist to weld the opposite side. * Perform air-carbon arc gouging on defective areas (e.g., porosity) on both sides, then clean the part with an air hammer and re-weld. * Polish defective areas (e.g., excess weld) using grinding tools and clean the part with an air hammer. * Manually replace welding wire spools when depleted. * Mark completed parts using stamped letters or the welder’s assigned identification code. * Place finished parts using the hoist or crane onto designated racks. * Implement the 5S methodology in the work area: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain. * Substitute for crane operators to supply parts to welders and painters. * Participate in Kaizen or continuous improvement events. **Requirements** * Must be of legal working age. * Completed junior high school education. * Experience with micro-wire welding (GMAW). * Air-carbon arc gouging experience. * Experience welding with 0.45 and 0.52 wire. * Flexible availability for rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **Address:** ROGELIO GONZALEZ CABALLERO 600, PARQUE INDUSTRIAL STIVA, 66626 CD APODACA,N.L.
