Job Objective: Maintain control, organization, and supply of goods and finished products in the warehouse and branches, ensuring proper receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch in accordance with established procedures. 1. Inventory Control (cyclic counting and traceability). * Conduct ABC cyclic counts (A weekly, B biweekly, C monthly) and reconcile with ERP. * Prepare reports on shrinkage, losses, returns, and discrepancies. * Request inventory adjustments. * Maintain batch-level traceability (receipt, storage, dispatch, returns). 4. Dispatch to Branches. * Prepare picking by location/batch and verify quantities/FEFO. * Package, seal, and document (delivery note/internal waybill), including photographic evidence. * Hand over shipments to Logistics and coordinate departure time windows. 5. Operational Document Management. * Safeguard goods receipt orders, receipt notes, count sheets, delivery notes/waybills, and supporting evidence. * Maintain digital archives and perform daily document closure. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transportation Engineering / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience: 1–2 years. Age: 25–40 years. Gender: No preference. Knowledge: Inventory control; goods receipt and storage; expiration date management. Skills: Proficiency in computer tools and automated systems.
