




Summary: Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement procedures for electric motor fabrication, lead projects, and optimize engineering performance. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work in the electric motor industry. **REPONSABILITIES:** * Develop and implement manufacturing engineering procedures to fabricate electric motors or any of its components as: windings, coils forming, stators, laminations stack, winding varnish process. * Measure the electrical resistance and inductance of a coil or of the motor stator windings. * Follow and implement ISO 9001, AS9100 process. * Train and assist technicians on the production floor with the manufacturing steps of an electrical motor. * Lead/Support engineers across multiple projects for implementation within the plant. * Apply and standardize best practices and optimize engineering performance. * Problem\-solving initiatives for the correct performance of operations. * Monitoring of engineering KPIs to ensure best results. * Comply with all regulations and policies from ISO9000, EH\&S and all specific programs for the correct follow up in operations, supporting correctives actions. * Coordinates or Executes Complex Projects based on Specialized Knowledge within an Engineering Specialty (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical etc.). * Develops, Modifies and Maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Engineering Function. * Support activities, such as: Planning and Scheduling; Project Management and Quality Control. **Required Qualifications:** * Minimum 4 years of engineering degree in; Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing. * Understand how the electric motors, generators or only its stators are made and function. * 5\+ years of experience in electric motor industry or related fields. Having passed university courses in electric motors is a strong plus. * Be able to lead “build\-per\-prints” manufacturing process. * Strong communication skills with executive presence. * Lean, Six Sigma is a plus. * Ability to deliver in time the expected results in a cross\-functional global teams’ matrix * Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) with ability to lead a technical project for US customers. **Additional Requirements:** * Solid Work and AutoCAD knowledge. * Microsoft 365\. * Microsoft Project. * Visa lasser to cross to USA.
