This is your opportunity to join STRATTEC as a **QUALITY MANAGER** **Objective:** Effective management of the department to maintain acceptable quality performance levels with our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as Strattec’s representative to customers. * Manage the incoming inspection process, ensuring compliance with its outputs and/or results. * Lead and promote continuous quality improvement through monitoring and oversight of the Quality Risk Management procedure. * Monitor KPIs to ensure effective performance of the Quality Department functions. * Monitor proper inspection of pre-production orders for customer event runs. * Participate in quality planning and improvement meetings. * And others. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Completed engineering degree (any discipline) * Advanced English proficiency for professional interaction * 5 years of experience in the quality field * KPI management * Quality tools / Core Tools * Quality circles * APQP * Control Plan * QOS (Ford) * MSA (GR&R) * Covisint portal management (Ford, GM, Daimler portals) * Esupplier Connect * SPC The position is based at our plant located in the Colinas de León Industrial Park, where the primary activity is the production and assembly of automotive components.
