




Job Summary: Laboratory analyst responsible for applying physicochemical and entomological analysis methods, sensory evaluation of products, and quality and safety control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Apply physicochemical and entomological analysis methods. 2. Evaluate the conformity of raw materials and new formulations. 3. Perform pesticide analysis on raw materials. Education: Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Responsibilities: * Apply physicochemical and entomological analysis methods to raw materials, ingredients, semi-finished products, and finished products to meet quality and safety standards. * Prepare reagents for supply to the following departments: quality laboratory, production, auxiliary services, can sealers, empty can handling, formulation, and research & development. * Conduct sensory evaluation of finished product samples and shelf-life analysis to approve release and support customer complaint follow-up. * Perform pesticide extraction and concentration injection analysis on raw materials using gas chromatography with mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry detection to determine their acceptance into the production area. * Evaluate physicochemical and sensory parameters of shelf-life samples to monitor expiration dates. * Perform pesticide extraction and concentration injection analysis on raw materials using gas chromatography with mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry detection to determine their acceptance into the production area. * Verify conformity of raw materials for supplier qualification, as well as testing for development of new formulations and products, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Monitor semi-finished products entering shelf-life retention to enable traceability in case of deviations or customer complaints.
