Proposal of corrective actions based on data analysis **Job Objective** Analyze, monitor, and optimize the operational performance of transport units by tracking key performance indicators, with the aim of improving efficiency, reducing costs, maximizing fleet availability, and supporting strategic decision-making. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Analyze the operational performance of transport units (fuel consumption, mileage, operating hours, availability, failures, and maintenance). * Identify deviations, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement. * Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management and related departments. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and control. * Analyze operational costs associated with transport unit usage. * Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and logistics departments to implement improvements. * Propose corrective actions based on data analysis. * Maintain updated fleet databases and information. * Verify compliance with internal policies and regulations related to transport operations. **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Completed High School or related field of study **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fleet analysis, transportation, or similar operational areas (preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency * Fleet management systems, GPS, or telematics (preferred) * Operational cost and maintenance control * Basic automotive mechanics knowledge (preferred) **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical ability and critical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Data-driven decision-making * Effective communication and teamwork * Proactivity and results orientation * Time management and deadline adherence Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
