Job Description: **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the accurate preparation, calculation, recording, and electronic invoicing (CFDI) of payroll, guaranteeing compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations, and providing reliable information to administrative and management departments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Weekly payroll calculation and preparation. * CFDI payroll receipt stamping and cancellation. * Calculation of earnings, deductions, overtime, vacations, absences due to illness or injury, and other payroll incidents. * Registration, termination, and salary adjustments with the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). * Determination and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other statutory contributions. * Preparation of the Unified Affiliation and Contribution Statement (SUA) and submission of related transactions. * Payroll accounting reconciliation and journal entry preparation. * Generation of payroll reports for management, human resources, and accounting departments. * Support in calculating payroll-related taxes and fulfilling tax obligations. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) **EXPERIENCE** * 2–4 years of specific payroll experience. * Proficiency in IMSS, IDSE, SUA, and government portals. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Federal Labor Law * Social Security Law * Payroll Income Tax (ISR) * Statutory employee benefits * Calculation of severance payments and liquidations * Payroll CFDI 4.0 * Payroll system expertise (e.g., CONTPAQi Nóminas, NOI, Aspel, SUA, IDSE, etc.) Send your CV to 22-16-67-13-06 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site
