Focus on discipline, autonomy, and problem solving 100% Mexican company, leader in the agribusiness sector, dedicated to the production and distribution of poultry products and agribusiness services such as broccoli and balanced feed for swine, cattle, and sheep. **At Grupo Álvarez, we live a culture by example; we act together with initiative and passion, make things happen with leadership; we care for our families and our animals with dignity; every day is an opportunity to improve.** Join Grupo Álvarez’s culture by collaborating in the position of: **\*MAINTENANCE LEADER\*** · Location: La Colorada, Cuapiaxtla de Madero, Pue. · Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in: Industrial mechanical maintenance Screw conveyor maintenance Drag chain conveyor maintenance Feed mixer maintenance Mill maintenance Truck dump maintenance General welding Bearing assembly, disassembly, and replacement Mechanical fault diagnosis and correction Responsibilities: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities at the animal feed plant Perform maintenance on screw conveyors, drag chain conveyors, mixers, mills, and truck dumps Carry out welding, repair, adjustment, and reinforcement of mechanical components Inspect, disassemble, assemble, and replace bearings and transmission components Promptly detect and correct mechanical faults Maintain records and tracking of completed work, materials used, and maintenance requirements Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in tools, equipment, and work areas Coordinate maintenance priorities according to plant operational needs Competencies: Discipline Autonomy Self-management Strong sense of responsibility Organization Initiative Problem solving Teamwork Activity organization and follow-up Mechanical fault diagnosis Use of mechanical and electrical tools Operational order and cleanliness Working under pressure Sense of urgency We Offer: · Competitive base salary Statutory benefits · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Apply now for this outstanding opportunity and join the ALVAREZ family!
