Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance personnel with experience across various areas to perform preventive and general maintenance tasks in corporate facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in infrastructure improvement Requirements: · Education: Secondary school · MANDATORY Experience: 2 years in general facility maintenance (electricity, plumbing, gardening, masonry, welding, etc.) · Driver's license preferred Job Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance of facilities; transports and places office equipment across different corporate or branch areas, as well as in various administrative offices; performs general maintenance and cleaning of the company premises; collects waste and disposes it in designated locations. Applies paint to walls or floors in interior or exterior areas of the corporate office or branches, and maintains doors, gates, windows, railings, floors, restrooms, ceilings, staircases, and garden beds. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM – 1 PM (every other Saturday worked); Sundays and statutory holidays off. Work Location: Chachapa Industrial Park, Amozoc, Puebla. We Offer: Salary: $11,442 monthly gross (Net $2,500 weekly, already tax- and savings-fund-free) + $1,407 monthly food vouchers, plus occasional overtime.
