We are looking for a Commercial Manager. This position’s primary responsibility is to manage, develop, and lead the sales team; monitor the sales system; and define strategies aimed at achieving the sales forecast, thereby communicating guidelines, objectives, quotas, and short-, medium-, and long-term action plans. Key requirements to be met: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in administrative or related fields. 5 years of verifiable experience as Sales Manager. Experience in technical sales, telesales, and face-to-face sales. Personnel management experience and leadership skills. Experience in prospecting, client visits, and supporting deal closure. CRM software and module knowledge is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet; advanced Excel skills. Willingness and availability to travel. Valid driver’s license and highway driving experience.
