Processing disability documentation, managing leaves, terminations, and maintaining workforce roster updates. Ensuring completion and follow\-up of the ST\-7 form (Workplace Risks) and managing the vacation control system Conducting exit interviews to obtain key feedback. Participating in the development and implementation of workplace climate surveys. Pre\-selection interviews for operational staff and key positions
