Development and management of preventive maintenance programs **Electrical Engineer** **Location:** Industrial plant **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with additional availability) **Job Description** An industrial-sector company is seeking an **Electrical Engineer** with experience in electrical, electronic, and pneumatic maintenance, focused on ensuring efficient and safe operation of plant equipment and facilities. The position combines technical and administrative functions, with direct responsibility for personnel supervision and maintenance control. **Main Responsibilities** * Development and management of preventive maintenance programs for electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems. * Supervision and coordination of technical staff and contractors. * Monitoring and ensuring timely and proper execution of maintenance activities. * Control and administration of the annual electrical maintenance budget. * Ensuring compliance with safety standards for electrical installations. * Operation and maintenance of: * Electrical service entrances * Disconnect switches * Transformers * MCCs (Motor Control Centers) * Distribution panels * Grounding and lightning protection systems * Inspection, diagnosis, and resolution of failures in electrical equipment. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (degree certificate and professional license required). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance. * Experience managing unionized personnel or contractors. * Proficiency with tools: * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). * Email. * AutoCAD (intermediate level). * Use of computers or tablets for reporting and recordkeeping. **We Offer** * Salary: **$33,000 gross monthly**. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development opportunities.
